Scottsdale, Arizona – El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. (OTC/BB: ECPN) announced today that it will hold its annual Shareholder Meeting on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
John F. Stapleton, Chairman of El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc.’s Board of Directors, stated, “We welcome the opportunity to update our shareholders on the milestones we’ve achieved since last year’s meeting and convey news related to the Company’s goals in the marketing and sale of the El Capitan property.”
The meeting will be held at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, at 7200 N. Scottsdale Road, and begin at 10 am.
The agenda for the meeting, according to Stapleton, will include a review of the Strategic Plan presented in 2011, accomplishments over the past year, and a reiteration of the Company’s focus related to the sale of the property.
